The Websters team is proud to announce a unique evening celebrating Four Pillars Gin, an Australian product masterfully crafted in the Yarra Valley.
We will be enjoying four unique gins, and a paired three course dinner, prepared by our incredibly talented Executive Chef, Mark Cukeric.
The pairings will be as follows:

Southside cocktail made with Navy Strength Gin – with main course
Spiced Negroni Gin cocktail – with dessert
Bloody Shiraz Gin – to finish
