On the evening, we are offering eight distinct wines hand-selected by Piggs Peake head winemaker, Steve Langham. Steve will be guiding us through the particulars of his wine-making process and introducing the wines throughout the evening. Alongside the wine, we will be provided with a delicious three course dinner, conceptualised and paired by our awarded Executive Chef, Mark Cukeric.

THE FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS:

Arrival:

⁃ 2018 Prosciutto
⁃ Crispy pork belly lollypops, caramelised pears

Entree:

⁃ 2018 Pig Latin Fiano*
⁃ 2018 Silk Purse Verdelho

⁃ Crab and prawn fricassee, melted leeks and peas, dill creme fraiche, sourdough thins and Silk Purse Verdelho vinaigrette

Main:

⁃ 2017 Pig Headed Nebbiolo*
⁃ 2017 Pignatello Barbera*

⁃ Chicken Ballantine stuffed with chorizo, roasted red peppers and basil, Pig Headed Nebbiolo romesco jus, olive oil crushed potatoes and buttered greens

After Dinner:

⁃ Bush pig

Dessert:

⁃ Suckling Pig Shiraz

⁃ Chocolate pecan pie, espresso mascarpone, Suckling Pig raspberry compote and funky popcorn
