It is with great excitement that we announce our next dinner event – ‘Hunter Valley Wine Series – featuring Piggs Peake.’
This time around we are offering eight distinct wines hand-selected by Piggs Peake head winemaker, Steve Langham. Steve will be guiding us through the particulars of his winemaking process and introducing the wines throughout the evening. Alongside the wine, we will be provided with a delicious three course dinner, conceptualized and paired by our awarded Executive Chef, Mark Cukeric.
