It is with great excitement that we announce the next installment of our highly anticipated Hunter Valley Wine Series, set to take place at 7pm on Wednesday, 8th of May.

On the evening, we are showcasing eight distinct wines hand-selected by Piggs Peake head winemaker, Steve Langham. Steve will be guiding us through the particulars of his wine-making process and introducing the wines throughout the evening. Alongside the wine, we will be provided with a delicious three course dinner, – Entreé, Main & Dessert, all conceptualised and paired by our awarded Executive Chef, Mark Cukeric.

This time around, we will be doing something rather unexpected.. Each course of wines and food will be paired with a song from Grammy Hall-of-Famers & all-star Rock n’ Roll Legends – Queen.

2015 Ham Pain w/
Wild duck profiteroles. Duck parfait, Piggs Peake macerated black cherries & juniper ash


2019 Pinot Gris & 2019 Verdelho w/
King salmon & school prawn terrine, frisée lettuce, pickled grapes, peppery radish, roasted hazelnuts & a sweet Riesling butter dressing, Melba toasts.

Main Course:

Bushpig & Werewolf w/
Chicken coq au vin. Crispy skinned corn fed chicken breast, braised in red wine, lardons of pancetta, cocktail onions, sautéed Swiss brown mushrooms and finished with a Shiraz butter and soft herbs,
duchess potatoes, mustard greens & natural juices.

After Main:

Served after dinner and before dessert


Suckling Pig Shiraz & 2019 Pig Juice w/
Chocolate pecan pie. Red wine, raspberry & basil compote, salted mascarpone
