The Websters Team are very excited to announce our next dinner event – Set to take place on Wednesday, August 14th at 7pm.

We will be celebrating the Official Australian Launch of the Octomore 9 Series with a Boilermaker Dinner, featuring whisky tastings of The Classic Laddie & the Port Charlotte 10yr from the Bruichladdich Distillery & the Octomore 9.1, 9.3 & the 2008 Vintage release of the Octomore 10yr. Our host for the Bruichladdich tastings will be Brand Ambassador Mark Hickey.

To accompany the whisky, we have paired five craft brews from Stockade Brew Co (Marrickville) including Refreshing Ale, Squid Rising & Squid Supremacy NEIPA’s, The GABS 2019 Release Berries & Cream Double NEIPA, and Seasonal Release Mounties Maple Imperial Stout, which has been revamped and added to nitro gas for extra creaminess exclusively for our Boilermaker Dinner!

The drink pairings will be accompanied by a paired three course dinner, from our Multi-Awarded Executive Chef, Mark Cukeric, which will incorporate the beer & whisky into the cooking process.

Food – Smoked Ham Hock & vintage cheddar slider with crisp iceberg and Parmesan mayo
Beer – Squid Rising NEIPA
Whisky – Port Charlotte 10yr

Food – Websters Pluto Pup – Deep fried smoked pork frank in a cornmeal beer batter with a jalapeño and bacon mustard
Beer – Berries & Cream Double NEIPA (GABS Release)
Whisky – Octomore 9.1

Food – 16hr Whisky braised beef cheeks in a black pepper and Dijon whisky jus, served with bubble and squeak & buttered greens.
Beer – Squid Supremacy NEIPA
Main – Octomore 9.3

Beer – Mounties Maple Imperial Stout
Whisky – Octomore 10 year (167PPM, 2008 Vintage)
