A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the Websters team. We hope you have all enjoyed some well deserved time off with friends and family and we welcome you to usher in the new year, Websters style!

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we announce the first event of the year! Join us as we take our second tour of – Untamed Whiskys of the World part 2. if you were lucky enough to join us on our last journey, then you will have some idea of what to expect. for those of you that didn’t, you’re in for a pleasant treat.

On this expedition we will be pairing some extravagantly rare and wonderful drams accompanied with beers from one of our favourite Breweries out of the Swan Valley in Western Australia.

It wouldn’t be A Websters Boiler maker event you all know and love without pairing these awesome brews with some whisky! This tour we will be showcasing six whiskys from across the globe, including WEBSTERS MAKER’S MARK Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Cocktail on arrival, HIBIKI 17YR Japanese Blended Malt, (a dram in extremely rare supply), LEGENT Bourbon whisky, BOWMORE 15YRLAPHROAIG LORE & MAKERS MARK EXCHANGE SELECTION.

We have partnered up with the legends from Feral once again to give the people what they want with these epic pairings.

Maker’s Mark Old Fashioned / Feral Draught

A great start to a great night. Not one but TWO arrival drinks to tease that whistle of yours. A perfect cocktail for the occasion stirring down the very tasty Makers Mark Old Fashioned Barreled in House, with some Aromatic bitters and Maple Syrup. Along side that you will also get a refreshing and very smash-able Draught that’s gonna kick this dinner into the new year.

Hibiki 17 / War Hog AmericanPA

This hog’s got fangs! A full metal American Pale Ale bursting with juice. Only the Hibiki 17’s blended Japanese Mizunara cask can bring harmony to a pairing of such ferocity and grace. The extremely rare and limited dram alone is worth the price of admission.

Legent / 4yr Watermelon Warhead Blend (Ltd Release)

The masterminds at Feral have outdone themselves this time with a face sucking sour! This one of a kind keg has spent four years in the making and under the laws of brewing it makes this brew 4x better than any warhead you have ever sucked! The legends at Legent Distillery have heard the call and rose to the challenge. A forward-thinking distillery pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone. This ex sherry and wine Barrel cask expression is a truly unique Bourbon for a unique Beer.

Bowmore 15yr / Hop Hog Barrel Fermented Hog

Feral’s flagship brew the Hop Hog has been given a face lift. Stuffed in a French oak barrel and left to ferment. An IPA with fresh citrus and grapefruit notes, the vanilla aromas that come of this hog work exceptionally well with the rich chocolate and gentle smoke that the Bowmore 15 is packing

Laphroiag Lore / Biggie Juice Barrel Fermented

This hazy juice is barrel fermented, its packed full of fruit and strong hops to get you from the negative to the positive. There is only one whisky we would want to pair against this strong, robust and creamy nectar, the Laphroaig Lore! A beast of its own. This strong pungent beauty has been aged across five unique barrels to give you the most rich and complex Laphroaig yet.

Makers Exchange Selection / Limited Barley Wine “Razorback”(Ltd)

A brew like no other, this behemoth certainly lives up to its name. A dense and hoppy barley wine full of rich fruits and intense malt, we could not think of a better beer for you to end the tour. As for the whisky, you are just going to have to taste it for yourself. A hand crafted bourbon with full robust flavors this unique selection will surely tame the beast!
