On Wednesday, 13th of June at 7pm, The Websters Team will be hosting an event featuring six whiskys from The Balvenie Distillery, along with a paired three course dinner.
We are honored to have The Global Whisky Ambassador for Balvenie, Ross Blainey, along for the evening to guide us through every aspect of the whisky-making process, and provide insight into what makes each of their drams unique in both character and history.
Alongside the six whiskys, our awarded Executive Chef Mark Cukeric will be pairing a three course dinner, inspired by the whiskys, but also incorporating them into the culinary process to create something truly memorable for both the whisky curious, and the connoisseurs.

Lightly fried in a dill & panko crumb, with a Balvenie tarragon & cornichon aoili
Balvenie 17yr DoubleWood & 21yr PortWood will be served with the entree: Bangers & Mash Slider
Traditional pork sausage braised in a BALVENIE spiked onion gravy, mash and a crispy onion ring
Balvenie 15yr Sherry Cask & 14yr Peated Triple Cask will be served with the main – Salt Bush Lamb Rump
Pan roasted Salt Bush Lamb Rump, Balvenie Chimmichurri, White bean & confit garlic puree, eggplant caviar & pan juices
