We are very excited to be included in Whisky Magazine’s ‘Icons of Whisky Australia – Bar of The Year’ Nominations.
Being listed among such incredible venues as Baxter Inn, Mjolner & NOLA is such a humbling experience, let alone coming second, which is an honor to say the least.
Our venue, formerly known as Zanzibar, has come a long way since the name change and three floor renovation. It has been a team effort, from our talented Kitchen crew, to our dedicated bar staff & management team to get us where we are today. Websters Bar started off its journey with only 128 whiskys, and were proud to have that selection. Just over 2 years later and our collection has just overstepped 600.
Something that we have always believed in is the offering of educational dinners, focusing on both local craft beers, whiskys from across the globe, and also Hunter Valley wines. We wanted a way to create a formal, yet relaxed and entertaining environment for our customers, and we will continue to grow with these dinners and we want to thank everyone who has attended our events in the past. Without our friends and followers these evenings wouldn’t be possible.
